At AuntFlo, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
